ASSESSMENT TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

WAUKESHA COUNTY TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Waukesha County Technical College has just recently announced their Real Estate course offerings for the spring, 2005 semester.  The following property assessment courses are being offered:

 Property Assessment I

This course is an overview of the assessment profession and will be taught by Peter Weissenfluh, City of Milwaukee’s Chief Assessor.  The course begins on January 13, 2005 and ends on May 23, 2005.  The class will be held on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:50 pm.  The cost is $245.65 (includes textbook)

 Wisconsin Property Assessment Principles

Bob Behling, a former DOR Supervisor, will teach this 30-hour class.  The class begins on February 26, 2005 and ends on March 19, 2005.  The Saturday classes are held from 8:00 am to 3:55 pm.
